Information we handle

My Private Driver handles customer name, email, phone, itinerary details, booking history, referral or affiliate attribution, and notification records.

When live trip features are used, location can be shared only according to active trip permissions and device consent.

Payments

Stripe processes payment method details. We do not store card numbers.

Payment status, authorization, capture, and related identifiers may be stored to operate the booking.

Use of data

Data is used to create and manage bookings, send operational emails, evaluate promotions/referrals, and provide support.

We do not sell customer data.
