Build your trip

With My Private Driver, you build the private driver service you need: pickup, destinations, stops, wait time, passengers, and notes.

Availability is checked before a booking request is created.

Payment authorization

At booking time, Stripe authorizes your payment method for the quoted amount. The charge is not captured yet.

You are charged only if the reservation is approved.

Review and confirmation

My Private Driver reviews each request. If approved, the authorization is captured and the reservation is confirmed.

If the request is declined, the authorization is released.

Changes and live trip

Reservation modifications may recalculate the price. A higher total may require an additional payment for the difference only. A lower total is handled as a manual credit/refund review.

Live tracking may become available near the trip start time. Location sharing is optional for customers and depends on device permission.
