Cleaning and incident charges are based on the actual condition of the vehicle and supporting evidence. Normal wear, routine cleaning, ordinary trash, and minor everyday use are not treated as chargeable incidents.
For minor messes that require additional cleaning beyond normal vehicle use, such as excessive crumbs, dirt, mud, sand, or other small non-staining messes.

For food or wet-food spills that require more than routine cleaning and may leave residue, odor, grease, or staining on the vehicle interior.

Evidence required: Photos, comments, and any available cleaning documentation should support this charge.

For beverage or other liquid spills that require drying, upholstery cleaning, stain treatment, or additional interior cleaning.
Examples: Beverage spills, non-food liquids, upholstery drying, or stain treatment.
Evidence required: Photos and a brief description are required; cleaning documentation can be added when available.

For significant interior messes that require deep cleaning, shampooing, extensive stain treatment, or extended vehicle downtime for restoration.
Examples: Persistent odors, heavy dirt, extensive staining, shampooing, or vehicle downtime.
Evidence required: Photos, comments, and supporting documentation are required when available for significant cleaning claims.

For vomit, blood, urine, or other bodily fluids that require specialized sanitation, biohazard treatment, or professional cleaning.

Charge: $175.00
Normal wear, routine vacuuming, ordinary small trash, typical dust, normal passenger use, and minor non-damaging everyday use are generally not chargeable by themselves.
Physical damage, such as torn upholstery, broken trim, damaged seat hardware, or other vehicle damage, is reviewed separately from cleaning categories.
